Grants of up to $20,000 to Colorado, Florida, and Michigan nonprofit organizations for community benefit programs. A letter of intent must be submitted prior to applying. Priority is given to innovative programs related to education, religion, environment, social services, and the arts.

The Hagen Family Foundation provides financial grants to not-for-profit organizations.

THFF supports organizations nationwide, with special interest in Colorado, Michigan and Florida.

THFF does not consider contributions to annual drives, capital campaigns, research, or the support of ongoing programs.

Timeline:

A letter of intent must be submitted through the Application Portal by April 30.
Full proposals due by July 1.
Applicants will be notified of final decisions in August.
Awards will be distributed in September.

The grant request process involves several steps. You must first register as an individual user in the Application Portal. Then, as a user, you must register your non-profit organization. Once your organization is registered, you will be able to submit a letter of intent. Should the letter of intent be favorably considered by the Board of Directors, the requestor will be contacted in early May and asked to generate a more detailed grant request document. The detailed grant request document must be submitted through the Application Portal by the deadline indicated on the Application Timeline.
