The Excel Ventures program track, in line with the Excel vision, seeks to empower the next generation of Jewish business leaders who have an eye on entrepreneurship as their career track. The Excel-Ventures Program provides 20 Jewish Americans and Israelis who have shown exceptional entrepreneurial potential and leadership skills with an intensive summer experience in Tel Aviv (Israel) and is designed to effectively empower the next generation of entrepreneurs. The Foundation's goal is to foster a network of outstanding entrepreneurs and create meaningful and fruitful connections between them and the State of Israel - a world leader in innovation and a model of the true entrepreneurial spirit.

The Excel Ventures Program is an innovative ten-week intensive entrepreneurship training program meant for aspiring entrepreneurs from leading academic institutions in the US or recent graduates thereof, as well as promising young Israelis from elite institutions. During the program, participants will undergo an accelerated process of venture creation, starting from team formation, ideation, and validation, to creating an early stage proof of concept.

At the end of the summer, participants of the Excel Ventures Program will be uniquely positioned to lead entrepreneurial careers in an increasingly globalized high-tech ecosystem. Participants will be provided with extensive practical training, focused on creating a real venture within the framework of the program. In addition, the program will offer opportunities to expand one's network in the business and technology realms, as well as to forge potential commercial partnerships.

Program participants will be mentored and advised by first-ranking players in the field, such as CEOs of leading corporations, accomplished entrepreneurs, venture capital investors and more. Provided with technology, strategy, product design, accounting and legal resources, participants will be granted a unique entrepreneurial education experienced through the intensive execution of a program venture with the potential of real world outcome.
