Grants to Florida nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to support programs, operations, and capacity-building efforts. Funding is intended to support small capital needs, programming, and consultants who can improve the applicant's capacity. Eligible organizations serve the residents of Collier County.

Capacity Grants are available for the following:

  • Consultants: A consultant may be hired to lead a project. Examples of this include a first-time strategic plan, development plan, program planning, succession planning, or financial planning, by-law and policy creation, etc.
  • Small Capital Needs: Examples of small capital needs grants include technology or technology equipment, or equipment needed for a special project. A new software package needed in a program expansion is considered eligible.
  • Jumpstart Program: This program, operated by Network for Good software and fully separate from CFCC, is an immersive, yearlong program that helps nonprofits acquire, retain, and upgrade individual donors amidst everyday constraints, like limited time and technology. It provides coaching, tools, donor management software, and peer learning opportunities needed to build capacity and better engage their donor communities.
