Community Foundation of the Great River Bend - Community Foundation of Cedar County (CFCC)
Grants of up to $7,500 to Iowa nonprofits and agencies for programs that improve the quality of life for local residents of Cedar County. Funding is intended to address a broad range of community needs in the areas of the arts, education, health and human services, the environment, social services, and youth services.

Grants are available up to $7,500. Extraordinary amounts may be given if an exceptional need is seen by the Foundation.
The Community Foundation of Cedar County makes grants only to non-profit organizations preferably with 501(c)(3) status or qualified governmental agencies.
Grants are not awarded in the following areas: annual fund raising, organizational endowment funds, deficit financing, grants to individuals, or for sectarian purposes.
Applications and accompanying materials for the spring grant cycle are due on or before February 15 of each year. If offered, applications and accompanying materials for the fall matching funds grant cycle are due on or before September 15 of each year. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Grant awards for the spring grant cycle are typically announced in April and grant awards for the fall cycle are usually announced in November.
