Hamilton Community Foundation - Women’s Fund
Grants to Ohio nonprofit organizations for projects and programs to serve the needs of girls and women residing in Butler County. Funding is intended to support programs that promote career readiness and the development of life skills such as leadership and confidence building (soft skills being addressed is a critical need).
For 2019, the Foundation is especially interested in proposals that include mentoring components or exposure to role models and experiences that build awareness of options. Programs that support career mentoring, small business mentoring, trauma care training, professional development needs and financial literacy. Proposals that demonstrate partnerships and collaborative efforts will be viewed favorably. Lower priority is given to equipment requests, requests to pay staff for existing services, and duplication of existing services.
