Grants to Kentucky nonprofit organizations in eligible regions for programs that benefit local communities. Funding is intended to support projects and activities within the focus areas of education, culture, family, environment, recreation, and health and wellness. Funds can be used for programming (new or expanded activities), capital expenditures, endowment funding, research and development, and collaborative project and programs. The two types of grants - grants of $100,000 and the Residual grant - allow for significant impact on an agency’s service to the Greater Owensboro area.

As membership grows, more than one $100,000 grant will be awarded. Residual grants from remaining money beyond the $100,000 funds will be divided equally among the remaining finalists.
An organization must expend the grant within 24 months of award. Residual funds must be spent within 12 months of the award.
