Grants to Summit County, Utah nonprofit organizations for projects that enhance the quality of life for local residents. Applications may be submitted by local nonprofits for a range of projects and services. Proposed activities will be evaluated according to the following program criteria:

A. Fulfillment of one or more core governmental functions (such as police, fire, sewer, roads, public health, etc.).
B. Fulfillment of policies within the Snyderville Basin and Eastern Summit County General Plans.
C. Fulfillment of County Council goals.

Term of Contract:

All General Funds granted shall be expended by December 31st of that year.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Nonprofit entities are eligible to apply.

The application must include a copy of the IRS letter confirming tax status as a nonprofit.

Pre-Application Information:

The deadline for the grant application is 5:00 PM, Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Applications must be submitted online.

Funding is determined during the County's budget process in December. Awarded grants to non-profit entities are distributed the following year.
