Grants ranging from $100 to $500 to Mississippi nonprofits, churches, and schools for arts programs that benefit the youth and young adults of Lowndes County. Funding can be used for space rental, travel, administrative supplies and expenses, and personnel, both artistic and administrative.

- Any organization providing art programs for youth/young adults in Lowndes County who has a Certificate of Exemption from the Secretary of State

- Scholarships
