Grants to Texas nonprofit organizations to support projects and programs that provide services for the homeless in Potter and/or Randall. Funding is intended to benefit homeless families and individuals, as well as those who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless. Funds may be used for program and operating support.
Funding Priorities for Organizations that Serve:
- Homeless children/parents/clients who have no or few resources or are at risk of becoming homeless.
- Chronically homeless clients who have no or few resources.
- Homeless clients who are at the mercy of short-term shelters or the street for sleeping accommodations and are not part of a long-term shelter program and have no or few resources.
- Homeless clients who are part of a long-term shelter program.

The ICH will entertain applications from Potter/Randall nonprofit organizations that provide services to homeless individuals and families or those at risk of becoming homeless (individuals and non-charitable organizations are not eligible).
Applications are due March 29, 2018, by 12:00 noon.
