Grants of up to $2,500 to North Dakota and Minnesota artists in eligible counties for professional development activities. Funding is intended to support training, equipment, supplies, and facility rentals, as well as expenses incurred for performances and the creative process. Requests will be accepted from artists at any stage in their career who reside or work in Cass County, North Dakota, or Clay County, Minnesota.

The grant period is for 12 months, beginning no earlier than March 1, 2021 and concluding by February 28, 2022.
