Grants totaling $3,500 to USA high schools and prep schools to develop graduation, prom, and after-prom celebrations that promote safe, substance-free activities. Funding is also intended to support activities that encourage healthy decision making among students.
Applicants must submit an overview of their event and explain how the theme of the event will be promoted. All applications must include a budget detailing how the grant money will be allocated to enhance their current plans or to introduce a new idea to their school/community.

The Herren Project is pleased to recognize three schools.
The winning school will be awarded $2,000. The second place winner will be awarded $1,000 and the third place winner will be awarded $500.
Herren Project Purple & Proud grant is open to any high school and/or prep school across the United States. To be eligible, schools must host an after prom or graduation party promoting substance-free activities and healthy decision making.
All applications must be submitted by 3pm EST on March 29, 2019 and recipients of the award will be notified on April 8th, 2019.
