Opportunity for Arizona businesses in eligible regions to compete for prizes to implement new and creative business ideas. Eligible contest participants will demonstrate how they use technology to reshape their markets, how they have created a better way to serve existing customers, or how they have created a whole new product, service or business model. This Local Market Promotion is only open to small business owners in the city of Phoenix and surrounding areas.
BBVA and The Phoenix Business Journal invite small businesses with innovative ideas to nominate themselves for the Entrepreneurial Opportunity Contest. This business will have the chance to be one of five who pitch their idea to a panel of distinguished judges at a live event. The winning pitch will receive a cash prize. All finalists and winners will be showcased on the local business journal digital platforms and the weekly print edition.
PBJ and BBVA seek businesses that are innovating to create opportunities for their clients and their markets. Whether businesses are using technology to disrupt their market, have created a better way to serve existing customers or innovated to create a whole new product, service or business model.
