Grants of up to $200 to New York and New Jersey individual performing artists for support during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding is intended to assist independent artists, particularly in the Afro Latin musical community, who are facing financial hardship and lost income from cancelled shows and/or classes during the pandemic.

The Fund will prioritize artists in New York and New Jersey from the Afro Latin and Latin Jazz musical community.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications must be submitted by October 20, 2020.

Funds will be released on a rolling basis throughout the outbreak and recovery phases of the crisis. This will allow for resources to be distributed quickly as they are collected and adapt to the evolving needs of the crisis. Applications will be reviewed on a first come first serve basis.

Eligible recipients can receive one grant in a 30 day period.
