Grants to USA and territories minority-owned businesses for relief and support in the aftermath of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding is intended to support small businesses that are owned by Latinx, Asian, and Black individuals. Grant funds may be used for operating expenses, rent or mortgage, utilities, and payroll.
Black, Asian, and Latinx business owners have always had to overcome great obstacles to success. And in the era of COVID-19, these individuals are fighting harder than ever against a range of inequalities that stand in their way. Hennessy is launching Unfinished Business, a new program that will provide urgent funding and access to vital resources for the small business owners who bind local communities together.

The designated non-profit partner will award a lump-sum fund of $5,000 or $15,000 on a rolling basis based on date of completed application until the total donation amount ($800,000 per non-profit) is depleted.
Donations will be distributed in the following amounts based on the following criteria:
- $5,000 for businesses with 1-15 employees and revenues of $1M or less
- $10,000 for business with 16-30 employees and revenues of $2M or less
- $15,000 for businesses with 31-50 employees and revenues of $3M or less
