Grants of up to $5,000 to Iowa businesses in eligible locations to mitigate financial losses incurred due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Funding is intended for Black, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) and immigrant-owned businesses for both short-term needs and long-term recovery efforts to continue their business. Businesses must be located in Johnson County.
This fund is intended to help businesses that have not been able to access or have been declined for local, state, or federal relief funds, or that need additional support to weather this crisis. It will be focused on businesses that may be dealing with additional barriers including but not limited to language, general business knowledge, etc. and from underserved communities.
