Grants of up to $25,000 to Guam nonprofit organizations, government departments, and agencies for programs to improve the local community. Funding areas of interest include economic development, sports tourism, tourist attractions, culture, higher education, public safety, and healthcare. Priority will be assigned to organizations not funded in any two prior grant series.
Project must fall within one of the following seven (7) categories:

- Small $10,000 grant requests are highly encouraged.
Project must be able to be completed within twelve (12) months after the grant is awarded or disbursed funds must be returned, and remaining funds will be forfeited and remain with the grant program.
