Awards to Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee individuals under the age of 40 in eligible regions in recognition of their contributions to the local community. Awards are given to those who have been significantly involved in the community's civic, professional, and business arenas. Eligible nominees are residents of the Memphis and Mid-South regions.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
The 40 under 40 Awards salute the best and brightest under the age of 40 in Memphis and the Mid-South. They are the people who have made significant contributions to the community in the business, professional, and civic arenas.
To be eligible, individuals must have been 39 years old or younger at the start of 2023.
