Grants to Kansas nonprofit organizations, civic groups, private entities, and individuals in eligible locations for arts programs and projects that benefit local residents. Funding is intended for arts activities that have a community-wide benefit. Eligible proposals serve the City of Garden City.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
Any person, civic group, not-for-profit agency or private entity will be considered for receiving funds, except for those applications which would qualify for AFAC funds (which are City awarded annual grants for programs that are related to drug and alcohol prevention) and those applicants which have the ability to levy tax.
