Care for Pets Big and Small: Grants for Vet Costs and Rescue

Vet costs can add up quickly! Most pet owners will do whatever it takes to bring their pets home healthy; no questions asked. However, while many folks are prepared to pay, even as a last resort, some folks simply don’t have the money to spare. As a result, grant funding is a trending option. It’s reassuring to know that grants exist to ease the financial burden for vets, rescuers, and some individual pet owners. So, if you’re opening your heart and home to rescue animals, fleeing a domestic abuse situation with your pet, or helping pets lost or left behind in a natural disaster, support is out there to help cover the costs.

GrantWatch wants to help bring greater awareness to grant funding that’s available for vet and animal rescue costs by providing a list of vet care and animal rescue grants that are currently available.
