Five of the Latest Health and Fitness Grants for 2022

Every single year, almost without fail, people spend the weeks before January 1st making resolutions. For at least a quarter of Americans, these resolutions will involve some form of personal health and fitness goal. Individuals, couples, and sometimes entire families will make some kind of plan to get healthier and improve physical fitness. Also in January is National Personal Trainer Awareness Day. This day is important to celebrate because, for many people, help is needed when it comes to accomplishing their goals.

In honor of this holiday and a brand new year, GrantWatch will be sharing five of the latest grants focused on health and fitness. YouHelp.com also helps U.S. nonprofits focused on health initiatives by giving them a platform to raise money for their worthy cause. For example, YouHelp is currently helping the nonprofit, Living Life on 2 Wheels. This nonprofit is committed to giving all kids the opportunity to learn to ride a bike, giving them access to physical activity. Individuals who wish to donate can do so here.
