Higher Education Funding Helps Provide a Path to a Better Life

Many career paths require college or post-graduate level training. Unfortunately, having the drive to pursue a career requiring a higher level of education isn’t always enough. For many, the cost of that education may not be something they can afford. However, there is hope. Higher education funding is available to help provide a path to a better life. In fact, the list below, provided by GrantWatch, is just a small sample of the plethora of funding opportunities currently available in its directory to help provide guidance to pursue higher education goals.

It’s a significant issue. Accordingly, CollegeBoard Research adds some perspective. Among full-time students in the United States, 86% benefit from financial assistance, averaging $14,800 for undergraduates and $26,920 for graduate students. However, it’s important to note that 30% of parents have not set aside any funds for their children’s college education, and discrepancies in financial aid allocation exist among states.

It’s clear that everything possible should be done to minimize this issue. One way to do that is by checking out the GrantWatch Higher Education category for over 1,000 funding opportunities. We hope this information ‘clears the path’ to help people achieve their higher education goals!
