Self-Care Isn’t Selfish: Grants for Mental and Physical Well-Being

Self-care isn’t selfish, it’s survival. To wit, self-care is actively caring for your own mental and physical health needs, something many of us forget to do in favor of putting others first. However, think of the flight attendant who reminds us to put on our oxygen mask before assisting others. She’s not wrong. Taking care of our own mental and physical health is the first step to showing up for your family, your community, and your mission.

GrantWatch understands the power of wellness. What’s more, we have the perfect support system to support the initiative. With nearly 800 grants currently listed in the Mental Health category, GrantWatch connects nonprofits, individuals, and organizations with funding opportunities designed to promote mental well-being, physical health, and self-care programs across the U.S.
