The was organized in January 2008, for the sole purpose of providing financial support to the Melrose Public School System, Melrose, Massachusetts, 02176. Specifically, the was created to provide financial support for the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School Library, the Melrose High School Library, and any other after school learning opportunities within the Music, Fine Arts, Drama, and Academic Programs offered by the Melrose Public School System.

To act as an outreach organization promoting Jewish learning that facilitates the study of the Jewish laws and holy books, in order to disseminate Jewish religious and cultural information through meetings, forums, seminars, books, tapes, and various audio/visual materials according to the Torah.

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: TO IMPROVE THE SCHOOL BUILDING STRUCTURE, PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO STUDENTS, HOSTEL FACILITIES, BUILING OF LABS, PROVIDING BOOKS AND COMPUTERS TO SCHOOLS WHICH HAVE MORE THAN 70% STUDENTS COMING FROM LOW INCOME STRATA OF SOCIETY. CULTURAL ACTIVITIES: THE MEMBERS WANT TO BUILD A CULTURAL ACTIVITY HALL WHERE THEY CAN PROVIDE FACILITIES GATHERINGS AND OTHER CULTURAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING DANCE, DRAMA AND MUSIC PERFORMANCES. RENNOVATION OF THE VILLAGE TEMPLE IS REQUIRED AND THIS TEMPLE WILL BE A SOURCE PROVIDING SPIRITUAL HEALING. CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES: MANY OF VILLAGE RESIDENTS ARE IN NEED OF SUPPORT IN VARIOUS WAYS-SPIRITUAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL ETC. THIS SUPPORT IS PROVIDED BY VOLUNTEERS. ALL DONATIONS MDE OUTSIDE US ARE MADE TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE EXEMPT UNDER CODE 80(G) OF INCOME TAX CODE IN INDIA.
