Grants to New York nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for programs and services that benefit local communities. New applicants must submit a letter of inquiry prior to submitting a full proposal. Priority will be given to programs that benefit low-income and historically disenfranchised populations. Additionally, youth populations are given higher priority. Funding is limited to organizations serving residents of Tompkins County.
