Celebrating the 100th NFL Season
Football season has dawned upon us again, and the 2019 NFL season is celebrating the 100th season of the National Football League (NFL).
The season began on September 5, 2019 with the NFL Kickoff Game, in which the Green Bay Packers defeated the Chicago Bears. The season will conclude with Super Bowl LIV, the league’s championship game, scheduled to take place February 2, 2020, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida.
Throughout it’s history, NFL has adapted, changed, and grown throughout the years, thanks to modernization, barriers broken, and various funding partners. Funding has helped to benefit numerous agendas within the organization, which may not have taken off at all without the help of grant providers.
