Grants to port authorities, government agencies, tribes, public agencies, and special purpose districts to improve port transportation. The purpose of the program is to expand transit facilities to improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the movement of goods through ports and intermodal port connections.
Tax Credits for the Purchase of Hybrid and All-Electric Vehicles
Tax credits of up to $7,500 to individuals and businesses for the purchase of plug-in hybrid, fuel-cell electric and all-cell electric cars, light trucks, and other qualifying passenger vehicles. Credits will be available for eligible new and pre-owned vehicles.
