There are grants to nonprofits to provide legal services to underrepresented communities. The funding will increase the capability of nonprofits to expand and enhance access to legal services in underserved communities to help break the cycle of poverty.
Research for Revised Policies Addressing Violence Prevention
$25,000 to a PhD student. Funding allows for research studies addressing violence within domestic racially/politically motivated violence and crime. The opportunity address violence in the context of considering and/or establishing policies leading to a reduction of violent occurrences.
Impact Public Policy on National and International Issues

Grants to build capacity to provide victim services. Funding supports direct training and technical assistance for victim service providers and civil and criminal justice system professionals across the nation.
Programs to Assist Victims of Crime
Grants for crime prevention programs and assistance for people who were victims of crime. Funding supports the establishment, maintenance, and expansion of programs and projects within Indian country and Alaska Native villages. It helps provide intervention and related assistance to those victimized by sexual assault.
