Joys of Summer – Youth Camp and Enrichment Program Grants

Summer is on the way. Thanks to Youth Camp and Enrichment Program grants, the summer months are a joy. What are you going to do with your kids this summer? Fortunately, most communities have a variety of camps and enrichment programs to choose from. But don’t wait too long. The time to look at options for summer camp and enrichment program grants is NOW!

There are grants to eligible nonprofits to promote literacy for underserved K-12 youth. The funding will be for after-school, summer, and in-school literacy enrichment programs.

5. Funding Nonprofits for Programs Benefiting Local Residents!

Grants to eligible nonprofits for charitable activities benefiting local residents. Past grants have funded summer camp scholarships.

6. In-Kind Donations of Insulin to Nonprofit Summer Camps!

In-kind donations of insulin to eligible nonprofit diabetes summer camps. The program ensures that children with diabetes to the age of 18 will be able to enjoy a full camp experience unimpeded by medical issues. Requests will be from nonprofit camps as well as camps sponsored by nonprofit organizations.

7. Grants for Arts and Culture, Health and Welfare, Education, and Athletics Programs!

Grants to educational or charitable organizations and institutions for programs addressing health and welfare, educational resources, culture and creative arts, and amateur athletics. Previous grants have been for summer arts festivals and to fund the cost of sending deaf preschoolers to summer camp.

8. Funding Nonprofits, Municipalities, and Schools for Youth Camps!

Up to $2,000 to nonprofits, municipalities, and school districts for youth activities and recreational programs. Funding provides camp scholarships to local youth with financial needs.

9. Grants to Nonprofits for Programs Benefiting Local Residents!

Grants to eligible nonprofits for services benefiting local residents. Funding is for activities in focus areas of health, education, human services, and civic and culture.

10. Funding Nonprofits and Camps by Providing Summer Camp Scholarships!

Grants to eligible nonprofits and summer camps for financial assistance to enable children to attend a camp program. Funding is for underserved children who would otherwise be unable to afford summer camp fees and costs.

11. Grants to Nonprofits for Summer Youth Programming!

Grants to eligible nonprofits for quality summer youth programs. The program is to provide free or low-cost enrichment programs for local youth ages 4 to 24. The funding is for materials, healthy snacks or meals, staffing, and scholarships to reduce registration fees.

12. Funding Nonprofits to Enable Disadvantaged Children to Attend Summer Camp!

Grants to eligible nonprofits to provide disadvantaged children with the opportunity to attend a summer camp. Priority consideration will be for traditional camp programs that will take children out of their urban surroundings to experience the natural environment.
